Cardinal Dining Room
Welcome to the country! Guests at Burr Oak Resort will enjoy hearty down-home meals, which are served up daily. Fresh fare, friendly faces, and a great time out for you and your family on any occasion.
The Cardinal Dining Room is a full service restaurant where spectacular views can be seen from any seat in the room at any season of the year. With its setting amongst the trees and just above the lake; you will be delighted to see birds, squirrels and other wildlife as well as boaters and fishermen while you dine. A children's menu is available.
Hours of Operation
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Note that this dining room is open year-round but hours may vary seasonally. Dress code is casual. Shirt and shoes are required. Reservations are not required but are suggested for parties of 10 or more.
Our lodge, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, provides a smoke-free environment to park guests. We ask that this non-smoking policy be observed in all public areas, including the dining room. Smoking is permitted outside the public buildings and in specified cottages. Thank you for your cooperation.
The Resort is a liquor permit holder, and in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.
As a reminder, public areas (i.e. Upper and Lower Lobby Areas) are for the enjoyment of all guests. Our company policy requires that food be purchased through the resort and consumed only in the dining room, lounge or private meeting room. Therefore, no food is to be consumed in the public areas. Private meeting rooms are available through the Sales Office for larger gatherings.
